Feel free to email me with any questions! If you would like to place an order request please fill out the form below and include the following in the message box; date needed, cake flavor, frosting flavor and type (usually cream cheese or buttercream), fillings if any (there is a flavor idea list on the pricing page if needed), theme or color preferences, size(for how many people), and any special considerations like allergies*, etc. Feel free to also put your budget/price range you would like to stick to! I will get back to you as quickly as possible and if the order is accepted we will discuss details and I will send you an invoice.

50% deposit is due when the order is accepted to book your spot in the calendar. Due to the preparation needed for a custom order, a full refund cannot be issued within one week of the event date. If you need to cancel or postpone your order within one week please contact me so we can work something out. If you need to cancel prior to one week away from event date, a partial to full refund may be available.

*My products may contain some or all of the following: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. It is your responsibility to notify me of allergies and to inform anyone else who will be consuming the product of potential allergen hazards. I will not be held liable for any reactions you or a third party has after consuming my products.

Pick up is in Provo, Utah. Once you pick up your order, I am not responsible for damages that may incur during transportation or anytime after pick up. A refund or replacement will not be available. For cakes two tier and higher I am happy to deliver and set up! There is a delivery fee which will depend on how far away the delivery is.
